2026 VENDOR APPLICATION

10x10 Vendor Booth $360.00 each. (2 Vendor badges, 2 chairs & 1 standard 8' table included with each 10x10 space)

Limit 2 10x10 spaces per vendor at this time. Use the 'application notes' section for any requests. Consideration for requests like wall space, end caps, more than 2 10x10s, etc. are at the sole discretion of Joelanta Vendor Staff and are NOT guaranteed to be granted.

We understand employees, assistants and/or helpers can change. Fill in the info to the best of your current knowledge, and email our vendor coordination team if changes are needed prior to the event.

By submitting an electronic application, you confirm that you have read the Vendor terms and conditions as well as the information below and agree to comply. Non-compliance will result in a vendor forfeiting their badge, all fee(s) and booth space – and will be required to pack up and leave the event. Submission of an application DOES NOT imply or guarantee approval. Joelanta, a Good Journey LLC promotional event, reserves the right to reject any vendor to ensure a broad representation of products.

If approved and emailed an invoice, vendors will have ONE WEEK to pay their vendor invoice in FULL. Vendor spots are not held or guaranteed until paid in full (during times of high application volume or in close proximity to the show dates, approved vendors may have less than one week to pay their invoice). Approved vendors will be able to purchase their booth via PayPal invoice from Good Journey LLC (the company that owns Toylanta, Joelanta and RangerStop & Pop Con Atlanta). Invoices will be sent to the email address you provided in your Vendor application. Submitting duplicate and multiple vendor applications will result in delays in your application process time.

Please note, we DO NOT HAVE ACCESS FOR ANY THURSDAY LOAD-IN at the convention center. Vendor load-in will be on Friday Sept 25th starting at 8:01am only.

All payments are final and no refunds are issued in the event of a vendor needing to cancel. Vendor booths cannot be shared, sublet, transferred, exchanged or resold.

Artists may only sell items made and designed by the artist that purchased and is vending/exhibiting at the booth. Any work created wholly or partially with AI is not permitted. Anyone found to be in violation, will be required to pack up their booth and leave – forfeiting their badges, fee(s) and booth space.

ANY & ALL questions, concerns or requests not covered in the above application, vendor terms & conditions, and the above additional information should be emailed to the vendor coordination team at joelantavendor@gmail.com. If a question, concern or request merits a phone conversation, the vendor coordination team will respond to your email to schedule that with you. IF YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE INQUIRIES OUTSIDE OF THIS OFFICIAL CHANNEL OF COMMUNICATION, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE OR THAT IT CAN BE HANDLED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
