VENDOR REGISTRATION FOR 2024 IS CLOSED.

All approved 2024 vendors, please refer to the map below directing you to the loading dock area at GAS South Convention Center. All load in/load out is required to be done at the CONVENTION CENTER LOADING DOCKS.

LOADING MERCHANDISE IN OR OUT THROUGH THE FRONT OF THE CONVENTION CENTER IS NOT PERMITTED


 

All vendors must check in with the Joelanta 2024 vendor coordination team at the Convention Center to receive their vendor paperwork prior to unloading any merchandise


Friday Sept 27:  7:00 AM 

Vendor set up begins at the Gas South Convention Center loading dock

Friday Sept 27:  4:00 PM
All Vendor set up must be complete

Friday Sept 27:  5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
VIP Pass holders & Preview Night only ticket holders granted access to show floor for 'first access' shopping

Friday Sept 27:  8:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Vendors have 30 minutes after the show floor closes to close down booth for the night




Saturday Sept 28:  8:00 AM
Vendors granted access to show floor 

Saturday Sept 28:  9:00 AM

VIP Pass Holders granted access to begin early shopping of show floor

Saturday Sept 28:  6:00 PM
Show Floor closes

Saturday Sept 28:  6:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Vendors have 30 minutes after the show floor closes to close down booth for the night

Vendors Granted access to show floor

Once the show floor doors have been locked on Friday & Saturday nights, no vendors or volunteers will be allowed back into the showroom(s) until the next morning as specified above

Vendors are required to attend booth all days of the convention & must have booth staffed at all times during convention hours specified above

BREAKDOWN IS NO EARLIER THAN 4:30 PM ON SUNDAY SEPT 29. We are not granted access to the loading dock prior to this time & no merchandise is permitted to be loaded  in or out through the convention center

ARTIST (SINGLE TABLE - LIMIT 1) $175.00:

PLEASE NOTE: THIS OPTION HAS LIMITED AVAILABILITY.  FIRST AVAILABILITY WILL GO TO ARTISTS RELATED TO SHOW THEME.  IF EVENT SPACE ALLOWS, SECOND AVAILABILITY WOULD BE FOR A SINGLE TABLE MERCHANDISE VENDOR.

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU DO NOT NEED THE TABLE THAT COMES WITH YOUR BOOTH OR IF YOU REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL TABLE ($25.00 EACH)

IF YOU REQUIRE ELECTRICITY, MAKE A NOTE SO ACCOMODATIONS CAN BE MADE PRIOR TO THE EVENT.  THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER TO DO THIS.

ANY ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS OR REQUESTS CAN BE NOTED WHEN SUBMITTING APPLICATION.

CHILDREN OF VENDORS AGES 12 AND UNDER ARE INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE. VENDOR MUST PICK UP A WRISTBAND FOR EACH CHILD 12 AND UNDER AT VENDOR REGISTRATION.  THIS WRISTBAND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.

CHILDREN AGES 13 AND UP MUST HAVE EITHER A VENDOR BADGE OR A VENDOR ASSISTANT BADGE.

***SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE VENDOR SPACE AT JOELANTA.  IF SPACE IS SOLD OUT, APPLICANTS WILL BE PLACED ON THE CURRENT WAIT LIST.
